SN 1192, Michael's Fanned Fret Thinline

Michael asked us to build him a custom Thinline Halfling Guitar with a fanned fretboard and we thought it was a brilliant idea!

Our resident genius, Mike, is working on the custom neck: (with a little help from Charlie)

Michael's guitar body has been put together and is ready to be bound and have the neck fit.

Michael's neck is built from Birds Eye Maple with a custom, fanned fret, ebony fingerboard. I love the details in the ebony and the shooting stars in the maple!

The body has been bound and is ready for neck pockets to be routed:


The neck pocket has been routed and now the guitar is ready to have it's neck fit:


It will be going to the Finish department and will be ready for setup in a few weeks!
